The Standard High Speed Crescent Former Tissue Machine mainly consisits of hydraulic  headbox, crescent former, suction press roll,Yankee dryer, high speed hot air hood, and pope reel and so on.

Technical Advantages:
1. Hydraulic headbox is adopted.Precision designed mixing chamber and rectifier section ensure excellent fiber orientation and formation so as to get better tissue quality;
2. Specially designed water collecting tray for the Crescent Former reduce the air entrainment into white water to the minimum;
3. In wire section, the wire and felt are changed with cantilever beam. It is easy to operate and ave time so that the production efficiency is improved.
4. Position adjustment of breast roll is power-operated in order to choose the optional jet impingement while machine is running.
5. Press roll of different diameter will be used according to different raw materials, which ensure dryness along with the best bulk;
6. Efficiency design of tail transfer from crepinjg doctor to the reel performs also web stabilization;
7. The pope roll is provided with reel spools storage magazine and reel spool automatic feeding and it performs the disired jumbo roll hardness.
