Main Technical Description
1. Suitable for toilet paper rolls, kitchen towel and industrial rolls (diameter up to 300mm) production. Equipped with variable perforation length system to meet different length requirements.
2. Two groups of steel to rubber or steel to woolen embossing units.
3. Two or three unreeling stands with a double or three belts driving system. Jumbo roll diameter is up to 1500mm with a pneumatic loading system.
4. This line will automatically change rolls and unload finished products. Automatic trimming and gluing
7. All the driven system to be by means of timing belts, nylon belts and gears. Stable drive and easy maintenance. Electric eyes will be mounted on the different parts of the line to monitor the machine and stop it in case it runs out of paper, cores or any other unforeseen problems. The lubrication systems will be provided on the major parts of the line.
