160t/D Stock Pump, Fan Pump for Paper Making Machine Line
1.Purpose
This is a new products researched & empoldered by our company based we digest and absorb the international advanced technic , that combined situation of paper-making development . Structure form of the pump is single-stage , double suction , horizontally split , double-flow impeller with staged vanes .It is used for transporting the pulping under density of 1% in pulp supply system of paper making machine (for example pump of pulping tank) or other medium with similar properties (for example pump of white water , pump of pressue sieve and so on ). The rang of performance parameter : Capacity Max. 3600 m³/h , Head Max. 44m , Medium temperature Max.80ºC, The grade of press of entrance is PN10bar.
2.Chatacteristic Of Products
1) Impeller of double-flow , multi-leaf vanes and integral type , the left ang right vance are evenly staged arrangement . It is dewaxing casting , the channel of each impeller vanes volume is saneness , and structure complete symmetry .The distance of impeller and cast partition tongue is suit , optimized the flow performance and causes the pressure pulse fall to is smaller (lower pulsation).

3) Use the advanced water power theory design , high efficiency , low energy .
4) Strucure form of the pump is middle open for the level in , it is not necessary to dismantle piping of suction bore and discharge bore and motor when maintaining.
5) The rigidity of shaft strong , the rolling bearing (grease lubrication) separately installs to the shaft beginnings and ends. Rotor part after correcting for stirring balance by G6.3 grade . Guaranteed pumps long-term is stable , reliably moves .
6) The shaft seals use the soft packing seal , also may according to user need , selects the single mechanical seal or the double mechanical seal .
7) The following materials can be used to flow and pass for pump as per work situation and usage requirements form customers : HT200 , QT500 , ZG35 , 304 , 329 ets, according to achieve select material economy , practicality trustiness.
8) Motor drive pumps directly through plug coupler , driving reliable , the disassemblage , the maintenance is easy .
