Structure Characteristics:
1. Flute type of corrugated roller is optional (tungsten carbide corrugated roll)
2. The design of corrugated roller is located under pressured roller, which reduces the center of
gravity of machine and vibration.
3. Using suction corrugated roller design is to make cardboard more smooth.
4. Gluing section using independent transmission, automatically control the amount of gluing
through PLC, dynamic structure, easy cleaning and maintenance.
5. Fast steam change: push‐in steam conversion, convenient and flexible.
6. The amount of glue is automatically adjusted depending on speed or electrically adjusted.
