Within warranty, any problems caused by the Greatland, we must take a responsibility for resolving them on site and it will not be charged any fees. On the other hand, if any problems are not caused by machinery or out of warranty, the Greatland will provide the family service with our customers depending on specific requirements.

GLM was founded in 2010, and is an integrated company dedicated to the pulp and paper industry associated with planning, design, research, development, producing, delivery, testing and training. Besides, GLM was funded by the Pulp and Paper Design Institute, Pulp Equipment Mill and Paper-making Machinery Company, and in turn gathers together talents from each part. Furthermore, an impressive result has been achieved in recent years.
GLM is devoted to the technological development of the pulp and paper industry and works together with senior experts for updating or rebuilding it as well. The headquarters of the GLM Company is located in Weifang CBD.
