Features
Greatland high-speed lotion tissue coating machine is made by combining Chinese and German technology. The machine can make super soft moisturizing paper towel, wet toilet paper -cotton non-woven fabric, paper wet wipes, etc. It has wide spraying amount range which can be from 10% to %110. Due to the easy operation, high degree of automation, uniform coating and other characteristics, it is welcomed by domestic and foreign customers.
1.Width from 2 m to 3.5 m, microwave spraying is not affected by the width.
2. Uniform coating, width 2.8 m of original paper tolerance coating is 2 g, very small weight error.
3. High working speed, the maximum speed can reach 600 m/min.
4. Electronic spray coating technology, fully automatic control 0-600 meters uniform coating.
5. Fully automatic lotion supply, automatic shutdown when out of lotion, automatic sewage discharging and automatic cleaning system.
6. Perfect coating effect, there is no unevenness at the ends of the base paper during the coating process.

In the current lotion tissue market, it is mainly focus on soft, that is dry soft and slippery feeling, but the feeling of wetness and other aspect is weak! In response to the defects of such products, our company develop the new product with super soft smooth effect, and at the same time increasing the fineness and moisturization of the tissue paper. So when people use it, will also feels the soft smooth and moisturized delicate sense, which can more enhance the skin feeling.
This product uses the natural softness factors which is extracted from natural Tremella. The softness factors is compounded with a natural plant active ingredient which contains bacteriostatic and antistatic moisturizing factor, and also compounded with the imported nano-silica emulsion to be the lotion cream. The lotion cream is evenly sprayed on the surface of the base paper by advanced Germany spraying system. The soft smooth, antibacterial, antistatic and moisturizing factors in the lotion cream makes the base paper soft smooth, dust-free, bacteriostatic, anti-static and reduce the friction effect of paper on skin. The nano-silicone milk in the paper increases the fineness of the tissue paper, so when we use it,we feel soft and moisturized delicate sense.
