PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
High (middle) consistency stuff cleaner can eliminate heavy impurities in diameter from waste paper stock.
As a coarse screening and cleaning equipment, it is usually a downstream equipment of hydrapulper. It can also be installed as an important equipment to protect the operation of down-stream processing equipments.
DESIGN FEATURES:
Feeding pipe with a certain angle of inclination will form a strong force of vortex flow to separate the heavy impurity effectively.
Cone body is adopted alumina wear resistant ceramic which ensures long useful time.
Two-cone structure reduce fiber loss while raise heavy impurity separation effciency.
Controlled by PLC automatic system. Economize on manpower and materials.
