Wedge bar material is SUS316L and will no fiber string after mechanical polishing, while good maching ensures matching of wedge bar and reinforce ring and result in evenlyscreen cut .
Proper  wedge bar should be selected according to raw material, processing position and so on in order to develop good performance and achieve optimized screening effect.
Production scope:
Deviation of slot width should be controlled within 0.02mm.
Chroming thickness is 0.20-0.30mm, sturdy and durable
Surface hardness is more than HRC 60-66(HV700-900)
