D Type Hydrapulper for Waste Paper Recyling Line

APPLICATION:
It is used for intermittent or continuous disintegration of OCC, commercial waste paper, etc. Heavy impurities are discharged in a separate waste sedimentation tank to prevent the equipment from being damaged by heavy metals and to exclude plastics.

DESIGN FEATURES:
The new Fox rotor has enhanced hydraulic action and high fiber breaking efficiency. The D-shaped tank structure is adopted to change the vortex form generated by the transmission pulper, increase the turbulence of the pulp flow in the pulper, and quickly dip the paper bundles below the liquid level to improve the waste paper raw material movement path to improve pulper production capacity in the pulper. It can shorten the pulping time, reduce energy consumption, and increase the production capacity per unit volume.

Low Consistency Continuous Pulping/Breaking and Discharging System

INTRODUCE:
The system is composed of pulper, ragger, hydrapurge and drum screen. There is one heavy-rejects outlet at the bottom of vat body of hydra pulper. Coarse and big rejects in waste paper goes into trash well through heavy-rejects outlet, and use grapple to perform regular trapping and discharging. Winding impurities in waste paper is roping into rope-shape under the action of rotary pulp flow and then is drawn out by ragger. Water, slip and part of light impurities going into trash well will periodically enter hydrapurge for defiberating. And the accepts will pass through screen plate and join with the accepts from pulper, and then the joining accepts will enter the downstream process-step for being treated. Meantime, the coarse and big impurities such as plastics etc. Goes into drum screen and is discharged out the system after being thickened. This system can timely eliminated bigger light and heavy impurities in waste paper at the same time of continuous breaking pulp, which can avoid breaking impurities during pulp breaking and relieve load of downstream equipment as well as enhance capacity of breaking system.
