PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION

Slag separator is used to treat tailings in the waste paper pulp process. It mainly replies on separating coarse tailings behind the fiber separator, multiple fiber separator and pressure screen.
The principle of machine is that the stock goes through slag separator under the normal pressure. The good stock will be separated from dregs through screen plate under centrifugal force triggered by high-speed rotating rotor.
Meanwhile, dregs will go ahead and do second-time defibering by rotor rotating action, and then will be contentiously flushed by rinse water, which further recycles pulp of tailings.
