1.Appliacation:

This is a new product researched & empoldered by our company based on the international advanced technic , that combined characteristics of various paper pulping pump in differ processing situations. Structure form of the Pump is single-stage single-suction cantilever structure , with full open and wide flowing impeller . It is apply to convey stock consistency below 6% , with granular material or other similar medium. The rang of performance parameter: Flow rate Max.3400m/h , Head Max. 80m , Temperature of work blew Max.120ºC ; The grade of inlet and outlet pressure is PN 10/16bar.
 

2.Characteristic of Products:
1) With the impeller of full open and wide flowing way structure , hard to be jammed and paper pulping consistency may highness even more ; Axial force is very small , without shake ,the weight of impeller is lighter than closed or half open, The stress of axial radial and cut is small ,The use lift of all parts be more longer, so maintenance rate lowness.
2) Advanced water power theory design , high efficiency , low energy.
3) Strong rigidity of axis strong , high precision of bearing, The impeller is adopted precision and CNC machining , and do the dynamic balance (G6.3 grade) calibration , which guarantees the stable and reliable operation of pump.
4) The front and back of impeller all have wearable board , which can effectively protect the pump body and pump cover.
5) The form of bearing is multiplicity,you can choose a standard type according to different parts of process : Standard single mechanical without airproof water(BS type),Standard type single side mechanical airproof with usual pressure airproof water in front and back series (TBS type) ,cooling water of packing seal type (P type) , and sealing water back in parallel standard type single mechanical seal (BD type).
6) The pump and the motor are directly connected with the diaphragm coupling , which is convenient for used repair and separate.
7) Highly optimized for general use, small spare parts specifications , reduce stocks of user spare parts.
