Application:
Pocket Tissue Making Machine :With the machine the paper roll can be folder and slitted into long tissue after embossing and printing . With two-color printing unit , fine patterns , trade-marks and logo may be printed.
1.The spacing between two different layers and wheels is adjustable according to be different layer and weight of paper . The adjustment can be finished in a second during the operation course of the machine .
2.The color-printing can print fine patterns by making use of professional net-pattern color printing ink roller and well -distributed ink roller.
3.Polishing device use with steel roller and polythene , bottom embossing roller use with blanket , woolen roller or polythene .(Choose one)
4.Raw paper will be sent to the polishing unit by synchronized belt , and sent to the embossing roller after polishing and color printing . Elastic regulators are set between raw paper , polishing and embossing device .
5.Steel to steel embossing device can be equipped , which can make the paper be more soft .
6.Embossing with engraving mode can be equipped:which can make engraving patterns be clearer , and the patterns with have stereo effect .
