FJ-B Automatic Trimming Sealing Embossing and perforating Rewinder adopt newly designed glue applicator unit .It make the gluing more equality .It has been integrated with the internationally advanced PLC technology ,variable speed adjustment ,electronic braking ,and touch button more menu type LCD screen operation control panel.And we independently developed long-distance communication service system.It can detect the machine running at any time and improved the production converting machinery for making the kitchen towels.
 
Main features:
 
1.Automatic core loading and positionin.The logs are automatically pushed out after finishing winding,and then start winding again. It can adjust any size of course within one minute.
2.After finished winding the roller pushed out automatically.It's adopt mechanism arm pusher to push the roller out.The minimum diameter of finished roll is 60 mm.
3.Automatic trimming , gluing and sealing:it adopts international popular trimming and sealing,which can have 10-18mm tails to facilitate to start down the wastage of the paper,which can have 10-18mm tails to facilitate to start down the wastage of the paper,thus to cut down the production cost.
4.Advanced programmable control technology:the winding profiles can be tight at the beginning of winding, and then getting loose;to avoid the problems that the cores are loose from the rolls after long time storage.
5.Automatic detection of paper break and paper wrap up:to guarantee the high quality of the finished rolls even in the high speed operation.
6.With high precision screwy perforation knife .With 4 perforation blades to make clear perforation. The perforating pitch controlled by gear bos.
