Single Fibre Separator Pulping Machine
Application:
The use of fiber proportion difference and get rid of all kinds of impurities in the raw material of waste paper with ease, separation and screening combination. As a secondary pulping and separating equipment , it is normally equipped after the hydrapulper . Can also be used as the treatment equipment of tailings.
Design Features :
Three fundamental function:secondary defibering , separating light impurities , removing heavy and coarse impurities.
Use low-grade waste paper and reduce the pretreatment of the raw material .
It is possible to increase the production of existing hydrapulper , and save the energy consumption per unit of 40-60%.
High quality pulp can be obtained, reduce fiber loss and increase screening efficiency , production is 2-2.5 times of traditional single effect.
