So it makes the gluing more equality and has been configured with the advanced international PLC technology, variable speed adjustment, electronic braking, and touching multiple and large screen human interface operating system, which largely improve productivity.
Main Features
- Automatic paper core loading and positioning. The finished product will be automatically pushed out after rewinding, and then start to rewind again. It can adjust any size of paper cores within one minute.
- The final product will be pushed out automatically through patent technology of mechanism arm with minimum diameter is 60mm after rewinding, while the roller will be pushed out as well.
- Automatic paper trimming, gluing and sealing. The final product keep 10-18mm paper tail for easy usage and reduce paper tail consumption of normal rewinding machine by international popular trimming and sealing technology, which reduce production cost.
- The final product can achieve more or less tightness level on the rewinding process and in turn avoid the problem that the paper core loosen from the roll after long-time storage by advanced programming technology.
- The raw paper will be detected and guaranteed normal operation in high speed running through raw paper detection system.
- Using high-precision screwy perforation knife with four perforation blades is to make clear perforating and has lower noisy. In addition, the perforating pitch controlled by gear box.
- Three horizontal back stands with pneumatic jumbo roll loading, pneumatically wide belt paper loading, and individual web tension control unit for each jumbo roll.
- Glue applicator. The unit glues the paper on the embossed point to make two layer paper bond together and improve towel absorbing water function.
- The raw paper can be threaded on the machine by the two jog buttons. Easy operation and more secure.
